The delectable scent of warm cinnamon rolls fills the air when you toast up a slice of this incredible, buttery loaf! Brown sugar and cinnamon swirls throughout every buttery layer of this croissant sourdough. What is a croissant sourdough loaf, you ask? It is a loaf that has been enriched with shredded butter, giving it a flaky texture, just like a croissant! Then we roll it up just before our final shape with layers of sweetness, so you get the creamy inside and the crusty outside of a fried, warm churro...but right out of your toaster!

Apple Pie Muffins
Our apple pie muffins taste just like Grandma’s fresh baked pies….and they should, because this recipe is based on our great-grandmother’s uncle’s bakery banana bread recipe from the late 1800’s. We put our own spin on it in honor of her apple pie, which she was well-known for in her community. They even wrote a newspaper article about her and her pie!
