We proudly use only unbleached and unbrominated bread flour from General Mills for our sourdough loaves, and organic all purpose Kirkland flour for everything else in our bakery. Jam and jelly fruit is all hand-pressed for every batch!
Baked fresh, no preservatives, and lots of "scratch"!
